  • Two night deposit to secure the reservation
  • Deposit due within 10 days of booking
  • Unit is reserved when deposit is received
  • All monies payable in U.S. dollars
  • BALANCE DUE 45 days before arrival
  • $200 departure cleaning fee
  • $40 resort registration fee 
  • Late check out available for one half day rate
  • Double occupancy, additional guests are $20.00 each per night
  • Payments accepted by: certified check, bank draft, direct deposit ($20 fee), Credit Cards processed thru Pay-Pal (3.2% – 4.2% booking fees)
  • Check-in time 3 p.m. or later
  • Check-out time by 11 a.m.
  • Refundable Security deposit of $300. Fully refundable if there are no damages or extra cleaning charges incurred by guests ( i.e. excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, sand in unit). Inspection is provided by our house keeper. Lost key charge of $50.
  • $100 cancellation fee due if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival: no refunds
  • Fairness Clause: If you need to cancel within 60 days of your arrival, and have paid the balance owed, we will make our best efforts to re-rent the unit and will be happy to refund for the number of re-rented days
  • Cancellation on or after arrival or early departure: no refund
  • We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
