RENTAL POLICIES:
  • Maximum of 4 guests
  • All monies are payable in US dollars
  • Deposit is required within 7 days for confirming and securing your reservation.
  • Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
  • $185 Cleaning Fee/Resort & Reservation Fee
  • A $300 fully refundable security / damage deposit
  • Payments accepted by: Checks, eChecks, Money Order, Credit Cards, Pay Pal
  • No Credit Card Fee on Deposit, but 2.9% fee on balance due
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later
  • Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
  • Security Deposits — A minimum security deposit of $300 hold is put on your card at check-in by Castle Resorts. It will be released upon barring any damage to the condo and the returning of the keys or breach of the rental agreement. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.
CANCELLATION:
  • $150 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival
  • All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
  • Cancellation or shorten stays after arrival – all funds forfeited
