RENTAL POLICIES:- Deposit Required within 7 days of booking. The amount depends on length of stay.
- Payment in full is due 60 before arrival.
- All monies payable in US dollars
- No refunds within 90 days of arrival unless I am able to rent the unit. The difference between actual funds received and amount you paid will be refunded, less a $200 service fee.
- $72 One time Resort Registration Fee
- $220 Cleaning Fee
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later.
- Check-out time is by 11 a.m.
CANCELLATION:- No refunds within 90 days of arrival unless I am able to rent the unit. The difference between actual funds received and amount you paid will be refunded, less a $200 service fee.
- $100 cancellation fee outside 60 days prior to arrival.
- Remaining funds will be returned.
- Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited.
