Sleeps six with a King bed in the loft, twins in the lower bedroom, and a queen sofa bed with a memory-foam mattress in the living area. Lots of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and beach toys are supplied.

  • Cleaning fee of $230 per reservation
  • Resort Fee of $40, and check-in Fee of $30 (plus taxes) will be charged on all rentals

  • VISA imprint at check in for long distance telephone calls
  • No daily maid service. Extra maid service available at additional cost
  • Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later.

  • $100 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days Christmas season
  • All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival. (60 days high season)
  • Cancellation on or after arrival – all funds forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented, in which case refunds would be prorated.
  • Guest are STRONGLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against loss in case of the need to cancel / revise travel plans.
